The terms under which PowerGym provides personal training and fitness consulting services. By using these services you accept all the provisions of this document.
General provisions
These General Terms of Business govern the relationship between the PowerGym sole trader and users of personal training and fitness consulting services.
By using PowerGym's services you confirm that you are aware of these terms and that you accept them.
Business details
PowerGym, a sole trader for personal training and fitness services.
Services
PowerGym provides:
- —one-to-one (1-on-1) sessions with a personal coach
- —fitness and conditioning consulting
- —physical conditioning programmes
- —personalised training programmes
All services are arranged in advance, subject to slot availability.
Booking a session
A session is booked by prior arrangement via:
- —phone
- —social media
- —the contact form on the website
A booking is considered confirmed once it has been agreed between you and PowerGym.
Cancelling a session
You may cancel a session free of charge no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.
If you cancel later than that or don't show up, PowerGym reserves the right to charge for the session or to deduct it from the remaining sessions in your package.
In exceptional cases (illness, emergencies) a new session can be arranged.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros (€).
PowerGym does not offer online payment through the website.

- —by another agreed payment method
Payment is made in advance or as set out in your agreed training package.
Training packages
If you use a training package:
- —the package is valid within the agreed time period
- —sessions left unused after that period may be forfeited
- —packages are not transferable to another person unless otherwise agreed
Health responsibility
You confirm that you take part in sessions at your own risk and that you are aware of your own state of health.

- —pregnancy
- —other health limitations
- —failing to follow the coach's instructions
- —withholding information about your health
- —irresponsible use of equipment or performance of exercises
Code of conduct
- —arrive on time for their session
- —behave appropriately
- —wear clean, appropriate sportswear
- —respect the coach and the training space
PowerGym reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or endangers the safety of others.
Personal data protection
Users' personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Limitation of liability
PowerGym does not guarantee that any particular fitness or health results will be achieved, as these depend on individual ability, training consistency, diet and other factors.
Changes to the terms of business
PowerGym reserves the right to change these General Terms of Business at any time.
All changes will be published on the website.
